"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. "Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
