In addition to complying with building codes and specifications he truly does not overcharge his customer. On the contrary, he goes overboard keeping the bill to a minimum. Carrillo Construction has worked on many jobs for me in the older home I purchased in Sonoma. I could not possibly recommend them more highly. Everyone that works in this company is not only knowledgeably, respectful to a fault, built ultimately eager to make the job perfect- with the absolute least impact/inconvenience to me the homeowner. "One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for window replacement work. Gary Chern provided a very clear presentation of the company and the windows they offer with various options. Larry Khimich was very communicative with the details of the scope of work and their crew did an excellent job. They damaged one lawn decoration that we discovered later and they provided payment for replacement of the decoration. Mistakes happen and they made good on the damage. They did the work in October and it is now the end of March. No problems and we are very happy with our new windows!"
