He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I may have to update this review after we complete everything, but most likely, it'll be to my liking. "The plumber arrived the morning after I contacted him.  He very quickly reviewed the leaky faucet and got to work replacing the old one with one I had already purchased.  Within an hour that part of the service was complete and he proceeded to remove and replace the garbage disposal. Again within an hour the new disposal was in place.  So, within 2 hours my faucet and disposal worked perfectly.  Oh, and he cleaned up under the sink before leaving.
