"Our job was a first-class operation from start to finish. After the break was repaired, Armando ran a camera and found lots of standing water. He recommended hydroflushing the pipe, which cleaned out a lot of roots, and then he was able to see further up the line, and found an even worse break. After digging up more cement and excavating more pipe, they realized that they had to undo the first repair and replace about 10 feet of the pipe. Armando also recommended that we install a two-way clean-out near the house, which would be set flush into the new cement, and would make dealing with any future problems much easier. All the workers were polite and friendly, and did excellent, careful, and thorough work, despite the 100-degree plus heat. Armando is especially outstanding: he is very knowledgeable and experienced; he explained things very well; and he kept in good communication with us about when the workers were coming (they were always on time). He applies himself to the work with energy and enthusiasm, and treats the customer with consideration and warmth. When the job turned out to be much more complicated, Armando gave us a fair price for the additional work, and also gave us a discount for using Angie’s List. I cannot remember a better experience with a home repair contractor!"

This was the 3rd plumber trying to fix a very routine problem. I had called two others that received good reviews but the job wasn't done due to failures on the other company's side. This was over a week I have been working on this plumbing problem. Went back to Angie's list and called two other plumbers but no response just voicemail or grumpy person answering. Resolved the problem and the sound of water draining down the tub drain was a wonderful sound. He had to snake using the sink drain and discovered a part that was broken in the sink and repaired without inflating the price. Cleaned up and was VERY professional. "Dependable is their name and it speaks volumes. They were here the very next day for my toilet valve leak after waiting a week for my home warranty company to reschedule another technician. Dependable sent Taylor, who jumped out of his truck with an immediate smile. He was absolutely personable, respectful and professional. Immediately put me at ease. He evaluated my needs and gave me repair/replacement options for my immediate situation to get me through the night and we'll do the main fix in the next day or 2. With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I may have to update this review after we complete everything, but most likely, it'll be to my liking. "When we purchased the house, it was a 30 year old home. Almost everybody in the period of five years to seven years wanted to convert to copper plumbing. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

"The plumber arrived the morning after I contacted him.  He very quickly reviewed the leaky faucet and got to work replacing the old one with one I had already purchased.  Within an hour that part of the service was complete and he proceeded to remove and replace the garbage disposal. Again within an hour the new disposal was in place.  So, within 2 hours my faucet and disposal worked perfectly.  Oh, and he cleaned up under the sink before leaving.
