This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. The first appointment was Mon 12/8 between 12?4 PM. I replied YES, stayed home, and waited. No technician, no call, no update. They rescheduled for Fri 12/19, also between 12?4 PM. Again I confirmed, cleared my day, and waited. I even called around 7 PM and was told the technician was still ?on the way.? No one ever showed. Two confirmed appointments. Two complete no-shows. Zero communication. Hours of my time wasted. If a customer missed a confirmed appointment, there would be fees ? yet they ghost customers without notice. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect. I strongly recommend choosing another provider unless you?re prepared to waste full days waiting."
