"We were unable to buy a new tub because of the size of our bathroom. Thanna Cline was very professional and told us what the refinishing process would entail. The tub and surround look like new. Be prepared to air out the bathroom for a couple of days because the fumes are extreme. But after that, the finished product looks amazing."

"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

"It went EXCELLENT! Brandon came out, told me his plan to run the line, went to get required items, returned promptly and got up in the attic and ran my line. I now have a dedicated water line to get the fridge I really wanted! Brandon was straight forward and extremely affordable. When the leak was discovered during the ductwork repairs he documented it with photos, explained clearly what additional work was needed, addressed it immediately and documented the repair for us. "I called on Wednesday morning and Buddy said they could be out that afternoon to repair the leak they'd missed as well as install the bathtub spout. I told him the repairs were so minor that we could wait until Thursday. He said Thursday afternoon would be fine and they would be at my house around 3pm. He assured me he would call before they headed our way. No call, no show on Thursday, not even a courtesy call. I assumed they forgot about me so I called Friday morning and asked. He said that they had not forgotten but just got "too busy." He said they could come out Friday afternoon and that he would call to let me know they were on the way. They showed up at 3pm without any warning. Luckily, I was working from home and was here to let them in.Clearly, the responsiveness I experienced on the first repair is not as consistent as I originally imagined. It took them approximately an half-an-hour to complete the project and, so far, it is working as expected.On the positive side, both the plumber and his assistant again were very efficient and friendly.Also, they only charged me for half a service call, which I imagine is unheard of in the plumbing business, and he was even polite enough to ask if the $45 was acceptable to me! Kudos on the customer service."

"I pay the monthly fee that allows me discounts and priority service. I thought it was a fair quote. I like the company and the work performed before. They started the dig then we got about 2 weeks of rain which is not their fault. They are professional and handled everything here as professionally as they can. Chris was the plumber.  I went with them because I used them and trust them. I already pay a monthly fee and I trust the previous work."
