"I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Mark and his team came through for us in a big way. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were the only customer - rarely do you have something go according to plan and completed on time. Stay Dry Waterproofing kept us updated on progress the whole time and completed the work way before we ever thought it could be done. I will be recommending this company to any friends who have water drainage/ foundational issues, whether it’s their primary residence or real estate investment property!"

"Installed an egress window which required cutting through thick poured concrete walls. Great service. Eco Seal provided a thorough, quick, and price competitive quote. They got me on the schedule quickly and the work was performed by polite and respective people that cleaned up after themselves. I would choose them again."

"We just had Jayson Wright, Service Manager, to our residence to do an inspection of our egress window and a potential water issue on one of the basement walls. Jayson did an excellent job and explained everything that we were concerned about. I fully recommend Jayson Wright and Groundworks for any and all basement issues involving waterproofing."

"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done. I had my basement done and I’m gonna have to have my crawlspace done in the future and they will definitely be the company I contact. You can’t go wrong by hiring them. "Did a very good job basement is dry with a lot of rain"

"Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details. Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract. Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work."

"1 year later Mold, mildew, odor, soggy corners gone Our basement improved 100%. It is beautiful livable space. They let you know what caused and where leaking and damage is stemming from. Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. Best for everyone involved."

"I was concerned I had a foundation leak so home advisors connected me with mov foundation repair. The owner Mitchell Dearth contacted me in an hour or so and came to my home that evening and after discussing my problem which I thought was a foundation leak he discovered there was a water line break from my outside faucet. He was able to repair it and literally saved me thousands of dollars. Although his expertise is in foundation work he was kind enough to repair the brake and I would highly recommend his company. He was honest, reliable and very professional. Thank you very much!"
