"We had previously purchased the special ordered tile but a combination of feeling as if we were in over our head and other projects had kept us from installing it.  Rob was confident and polite when discussing the project and he and his son got right to work.  As the tiles we had ordered were from different color batches Rob and his son went to the trouble of taking every single piece of tile off of the fiberglass mesh backing and picked and chose the tiles to blend the colors for a natural look.  They went to meticulous detail to leave even gaps making jigsaw-like pieces around the window sill and made sure that there would not be any reveal several times behind the numerous outlets and switches.  Instead of grouting it the same day, Rob suggested we would have better results with this textured natural tile if we sealed it overnight before applying grout and even gave his opinion on the several grout colors my wife had picked  We went with his advice and it turned out great.  My wife was not able to be there on the final day and Rob took soo much pride in his work that he called back later that evening to ask what she thought about the final product! You don't expect that level of followup in a project especially after being paid.  I would hire Rob again for any backsplash or tile flooring project in the future (though he did tell me he does laminate/other materials as well)."
