He gave us the quote -- lower than the other two providers we contacted --told us how long the job would take, and tried to answer our many questions (we had a lot). There was a lot of back-and-forth over the color and texture of the new carpet. Greg was patient, and sent us a number of samples. We finally found something we really liked. <br /> We set a date, but had to push it back one day because of rain. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in eight and half hours. They did a skillful job installing our new carpet, which we like very much. <br />"

"Jason was wonderful to work with.  We had just purchased a home in Cary NC and we wanted to have all the flooring replaced prior to us moving in.  We had multiple big name flooirng companies come over and they were just people looking to make a sale.  Jason came over, took the time to measure the floors and really evaluate the job.  For instance, the family room flooring wasn't level.  When I brought this up to other companies they said that they were installing a floating floor and it wouldn't be a problem.  I didn't exactly believe that...Jason was the only one that brought it up first and stepped through on what the corrective actions would be for this issue and that there would be an associated cost.  Right after that I knew that Jason was the person that I was going to hire. <br /> We went away for the holidays and when we came back the floors were done and far exceeded my expectations!!! "We looked at the "completed" job. It looked much thinner than any other poly coat we'd seen done. We could feel grain through the coating, which is a bad sign. We were told it would smooth out in three months, and that hey would come back and fix it if it did not. Not only did it not, but a spill near the trash can ate completely through the coating in under four hours. They have so far refused to come back and deal with the problem after more than three weeks. On the upside, the carpet was beautifully done."
