"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Excellent quality of work with installation of exhaust fan/vent and dryer vent. I would highly recommend!"

"Six men replaced all duct work. They were very professional. Also had a new water heater replaced."

"They gave great advice on where to install the new tankless water heater and worked hard to get it completed. Would highly recommend the contractor."

"Received several quotes from multiple vendors to replace upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. 6 and Fix Heating and Cooling quote was the best as they had a wider selection of HVAC systems for a better price, and warranty. Did a great job!"

"They were so expensive. I used them for my hot water heater and I am still paying that off 1 1/2 years later. I can't fathom getting a tub replaced by them. Sorry guys. The first man who I met was super nice, but I can't afford it...especially not after all the trouble, you guys had with obtaining the right water heater..."

"We have had a wonderful experience with East Coast Water Quality. Mr. Joel Newcomb came to our house for an in-home water test and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful in identifying issues with our water and helping us get the installation scheduled. The installation tech who came was also very knowledgeable and made sure to walk me through everything I needed to know about our new system."

"I  called Scott at The Water Heater Experts on a Saturday when our water heater suddenly stopped working.  I left a message, and he returned the call very promptly.  He explained that they were fully booked through Tuesday, but that their policy is to return all calls and attempt to provide direction.  He spent 15+ minutes on the phone with me and my husband going over details about our water heater and troubleshooting.  He advised that we try to unplug and restart the unit.  It worked!!!  There is no doubt who we will call when we need to service or replace our water heater in the future.  What a pleasure!!!  A+++++++
