"We hired Dan and his wife Kate to finish off our basement. They were great to work with and the pricing was very reasonable. From the quality of work to the communication, my wife and I were very pleased. I've already referred Dan to my father who has hired him for a bathroom remodel and I would hire Dan in a heartbeat for other projects. Highly recommend."

"Jim has done a few different projects for me. Installed a TV mount on a wall, assembled furniture, and painted a large backyard fence. With each job he did great work, was on time, he kept things clean and efficient, and just a good guy to work with. He's now my go to guy for such projects and I highly recommend him."

"Very happy with work done. Would recommend, and will definitely use again!"

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.
