"Tom replaced the baseboard trim throughout our house. He did a nice job on the trim and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. My only complaint is that his services seem very expensive, If you break the job down by the hour he charged just under $60/hr. so you might want to think about getting multiple estimates."

You still have to grout at the end because there will still be a gap because the tile is not level, but a lot less work due to the first step. Workmanship was great.
