"We initially called Resnick Roofing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List for a roof inspection due to a leak. Craig arrived to evaluate and recommended a roof replacement, which I knew was about due, and was not simply a sales tactic. He was very upfront, provided recommendations on things I could do myself to prep for it. Craig was also very up front and stated they would not be the cheapest if I was going to get estimates, but it was for good reason. After going through the entire process and spending $17,000, Craig was not wrong. The customer service was top notch. The workmanship was excellent. We were assigned a project manager, Jordan. Jordan kept in touch with us, and was always reachable via cell or email. If you want excellent service and workmanship, I highly recommend them. We will need gutters and siding in the future and will use them again. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and we used Resnick based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on."

"I have never been more pleased with a company than this one. We called about water damage to house and when edcarrived he looked at the roof and chimney. He was very honest and professional. Explained to us how the liners we were bad and how the moisture from the furnace was bleeding through the old brick and mortar. He also was able to replace and PERFECTLY match up siding on my house the is at least 20 years old. We also had some shutters that were in the basement that we had bought which I asked him to hang whe they were here. They did the work over two and a half days, cleaned up each day like the was never here. He took pictures of the work on the roof as he progressed and emailed them to me since my house is 3 full storeys high. If you are lookinf for and GREAT CONTRACTOR THEN PLEASE CALL THEM! "After our ceiling fell down from a leak in the roof, we had to find someone who could fix the giant hole in the living room as if it never happened, which proved very tricky since the ceiling was plaster with a special type of texturing. After searching high and low for top notch plasterers, we found Bob's number and gave him a call. Bob came out quickly and was able to put our mind at ease about making the repairs and gave a great timeline and quote for getting the work done. When the work was done, we truly couldn't tell there was ever a hole in the ceiling! Bob and his team did an excellent job repairing everything and matching the texture to the surrounding area, we couldn't be happier! They were all so courteous and did a great job making sure everything was covered up before they started and cleaned up so well afterwards, it was as if no one was there (and no hole)! If we ever have any plastering needs in the future, we would call Bob in a heartbeat."

"JM Roofing is excellent on May 20th Jorge who is one of the owners and one of his workers came just before 11 a.m. they got everything set up and all of roofing materials equipment hand tools for the job they set up quickly and when right to work and never stopped working until the job was completed the job was done within 5 hours and the roof over the kitchen was efficiently and expertly installed they did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving even making sure that there were no roofing nails or metal of any kind left behind my wife and I were so happy with it that we asked them to come back to replace the main roof of our house on the 27th of May the dumpster service that they hired arrived just before 8 a.m. and Jorge and his crew of workers all arrived 10 minutes later and just as on the 20th of May as they did 7 days earlier they quickly got completely set up and had all of the equipment and materials tools to complete the job they went to work at 8:30 a.m. and you continued working the entire day never stopping until the roof was completely installed except for an occasional drink of water they did a beautiful thorough complete job installing the roof I was amazed at the speed accuracy and efficiency but they all exhibited as they worked I am ecstatic and extremely pleased with the results they could not have done a better job my wife myself our friends and the entire family are very pleased with all of the work that they have done for us so much so that I have recommended their Roofing company to several friends and family I very highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement or repair they were absolutely incredible and just to let you know the roof on my house it's not a small roof with quite a pitch when JM Roofing arrived they had all of the safety equipment and everything necessary to do the job by the way they completed the job in less than 10 hours which to me is absolutely amazing I called them twice and on each job they did a fast efficient safe and an expert job and cleaned up thoroughly each time before they left and I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them very highly"
