"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"I am so happy right now. I thought i needed a new unit. Turns out I didn't. Less then 2 hrs later working like a champ. Thank you so much. I will be calling for all my need. Dawn"

"Overall, Mike and his team at Air 1 did a fantastic job! No bait and switch games. Theu have swapped out my 3 tons hestpump condenser and air handler. Professional installation from start to finished. I would highly recommend them!"

"Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day. All members of the Service Star team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional."

"Fenold was very hard-working and professional! He and his partner did an excellent job! I would recommend him to any friends who need duct cleaning service. Thank you Fenold!"

"We were in desperate need of emergency service, Memorial Day weekend. Joe, the Owner of Iron Air was the first one I spoke to, but being that it was late on a Sunday, he wanted to make sure his tech could make it out, as he was currently on another service call. Thankfully, Joe called right and said his tech could be over shortly. The technician (Sergio), arrived at 8:30pm and was finished/had us up and running by 9pm. The time window of the other company was going to be 7pm-11pm, before arrival. I can’t say enough good words about both the owner and the tech for their professionalism and most importantly, honesty! I am all about small businesses and am sooo grateful, that I was able to find this company. We’ve been in need of a reliable/honest A/C company, to keep up w/ maintenance, but hadn’t pulled the trigger, because it’s hard to find a trustworthy business, these days. I HIGHLY recommend giving these guys if you’re in need of service, you won’t be disappointed!"

"The job was done perfectly and precisely the installers as well as the technicians to do. The maintenance are far superior to any others I've used in my past. They are the best I would never use anyone else."

"This company is honest and hard working. They show up and do the job right. They installed reflective barrier insulation in our metal building. I am impressed with their work and would hire them again."

"Replaced 21 year old ac and line set. They were professional and prompt . Two of the most pleasant repairmen I could ask for."
