"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "Fenold and his wife did an outstanding job. Gave me an up front price went way above and beyond in cleaning everything restoring some parts to brand new. Our ducts are so clean the house smells great and feels cooler. I was so impressed with the work done and will use them and refer them to all my friends or anyone for the quality of their work. Definitely they are my go to guys for my duct cleaning and they told me they repair A/C also, I will call them if I need any repair."

"We were in desperate need of emergency service, Memorial Day weekend. Joe, the Owner of Iron Air was the first one I spoke to, but being that it was late on a Sunday, he wanted to make sure his tech could make it out, as he was currently on another service call. Thankfully, Joe called right and said his tech could be over shortly. The technician (Sergio), arrived at 8:30pm and was finished/had us up and running by 9pm. The time window of the other company was going to be 7pm-11pm, before arrival. I can’t say enough good words about both the owner and the tech for their professionalism and most importantly, honesty! I am all about small businesses and am sooo grateful, that I was able to find this company. We’ve been in need of a reliable/honest A/C company, to keep up w/ maintenance, but hadn’t pulled the trigger, because it’s hard to find a trustworthy business, these days. I HIGHLY recommend giving these guys if you’re in need of service, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Our central air conditioner stopped working on Friday a around 5:30 pm. I called my go-to company (del-air) but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday. I tried getting recommendations from Angi, and while one provider called right away, I missed the call. I called back less than a minute later, but got their vm. No one else reached out until later on Saturday. I did a web search on Saturday morning, and got a company that was willing to come on Sunday…but when they asked if the unit was more than eight years old, and I said yes, they offered to come Saturday evening. I asked why, and they said that since I had an older unit, they didn’t want me to be without air overnight. I asked why it would make a difference...I was going to be without air no matter how old the unit was, they said “that’s just the way we do things.” My wife and I talked and decided they would probably just try to sell us a new unit (based on my research between $6000 and $11,000), so we cancelled the appointment. Later Saturday morning, I texted a friend, and she recommended serviceone. I called, and they first apologized that they wouldn’t be able to come out that day…would the next day (Sunday) be ok, between 11 & 1. I said sure, and thanked them. Their technician came an hour early, was incredibly nice, diagnosed the problem, replaced the breaker and the capacitor, told me the capacitor he installed wasn’t optimum, so was going to come out on Monday to put in a better one, at no extra charge, charged me less than six hundred dollars, and had everything done in 20 minutes. I have no way of knowing if the price he charged was fair, but other than that, this was a perfect experience, and I am grateful."
