That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. "The plumber told me that in order to put the collars on the house he would need to take out some of the stucco to get to the water pipes. He said the hole would be approx the size of the bottom of a 2 liter coke bottle, it was actually a little smaller. He also said that in this charge of 340.00 it would include patching the stucco to make it look as close to the original as possible. 
After the work was finished he told my wife that he was through and she pointed out the holes in the side of the house below each faucet, he stated that I should probably fill them with something. She said that she wanted them filled so he went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray foam to fill them with.
I spoke to him after I arrived and told him I wanted the stucco put in the holes, he said he would come back the next day and do that. I also asked him to bring a cap for the sewer clean out and a flapper for the toilet that wasn't working properly. He completed the work the next day and gave my wife a bill for 140.00 for the work. The largest portion of the work was supposed to be included in the original price. He would not acknowledge that he had told each of us originally that he would fill these holes with stucco after doing the work.

"The technician who came to my house tightened the faucet but did it so that it was off center. The faucet went way to the left however not even halfway to the other side on the right. When I realized this and had to call the technician back, both the scheduler and the technician treated me like I was stupid and needy. They didn't understand what the problem was, even those attack was standing in front of the faucet and could clearly see the problem. I feel they made what should have been a simple fix, an inconvenience for me."
