"I contacted this provider after seeing his magnetic sign on his truck. I called him for a quote but also investigated Angie's.list to see how reputable this company was. The reviews were favorable so we called him for a quote. We also called another company for a quote after reading reviews on Angie's list. Bikini Pools was lower in price and although there were some differences in application ideas between the two companies, we decided to go with Bikini Pools. The flow of construction companies was amazing........one would finish and another would appear within minutes......this has to be credited to the owner of Bikini Pools. We had some installation issues with the pavers but Mike had his subcontractor handle the problems immediately. The owner addressed every issue and was always available, which is very comforting when doing such a large improvement in our backyard pool area. We are very proud of our new pool and paver deck and are no longer embarrassed to entertain in our backyard. The remodel was estimated to be done in two weeks and they exceeded that time frame........very very conscientious contractors.

"We called from estimate and Chris Tricke showed up 15 minutes early. He explained the product and the process in a very professional manner and service put and pressure on us. We called him the same usually and agreed to the installation. On installation day he showed up 30 minutes early and immediately set to wash after servicing the entire installation process with me. We made a couple of adjustment and he finished the work within the time from he promised. He lift my pat in cleaner than when he started. Bravo! Very high recommendation!"

"We had our 10,000 swimming pool re-lined with fiberglass coating in 2005 by Aquatic Surfaces, Inc.  In May 2013, we noticed a 2" hole in the fiberglass, and a month later, a large crack appeared in the center of the pool.  We called Aquatic Surfaces and discovered that the company had been purchased by Fiber Tech, Inc.  The gang at Fibre Tech took good care of us from start to finish.  From Myra's prompt return call and onsite estimate scheduling, to Scott's multiple visits to examine the damage, to Mike & Mike's thorough workmanship, it quickly became clear that this was a company we could trust.  Instead of merely repairing the hole and crack, we opted to completely strip and re-line the entire pool because Fibre Tech's written estimate was much more reasonable than we'd expected.  Not only were they able to start our job a week earlier than scheduled (as we'd hoped), they went above and beyond by replacing our original marker tiles (on stairs and bench) with ones that look SO much better (and added more of them) at NO additional cost.  They also did a great job cleaning up and even helped us begin refilling the pool (and took the time to help me track down and read my water meter).  The project took four days (from about 9-10am to 2-3pm each day).  Thanks to Fibre Tech, our 16-year old pool now looks brand-spanking new -- at a price that was 20% less than we paid eight years ago (and has a lifetime warranty on materials, one-year warranty on labor).  This company CARES about their customers.  Cannot recommend highly enough.
