"They did a standard job with the duct cleaning. However- they disconnected a wire to the furnace, so A\C was not functioning. They came back immediately to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they did not secure the door of the furnace well, so a month later, the safety switch shut the system off. They came back, even though they could have claimed a lot of time had passed and/or intervening factors may have caused the problem. They secured the door and did not charge for the return trip."
