"The mold was cleaned up, but it keeps coming back. I am not sure there is anything that can be done other than spray it with Tilex daily. At least it is under control now. They did get the grout nice and clean. Some of the grout they replaced popped out. They did come back at no charge and grouted, but we are tiled to a fiberglass drain pan that flexes. They suggested using bathroom caulk to fill it. We may have to replace the tile if that doesn't work. I guess I have another part time job because even the caulk pops out periodically."

"Mike is the nephew of the prior owner and his Uncle was more skilled Mike's work was good but not great. In bath he estimated to replace a cracked floor tile and re-glue 3-4 others. When I heard the racket and came up to see he had pulled up about 25 tiles. When questioned why he said when taking up others those came up too I explained that he should have informed me at to the new extent of the work so I could approve as the cost would increase. He also broke 2 more tiles in removing them. Luckily I had about 10 extras In the end I agreed to $750 vs the original quote of $635 After he'd gone and I had a chance to fully inspect the tiles some were improperly lined up but not substantially. His re-caulking was overall good but not perfect. His Uncle, the former Mr Grout was awesome and his work was perfect and I was impressed when he finished A nice man and timely and I might use him again"

"I have used Denali Clean for many years for personal use as well as my rental properties.  They do an amazing job!  In the past I tried other companies that have always advertised a low price although when they arrive there are cost adders for additional services i.e. pre-spotting, Scotch Guarding etc...First, Denali does their best to fit you in their schedule as quickly as possible.  Second, their pricing is very fair.  Next, the price they quote you is the price you pay.  Their entire team is very accommodating.  Their truck mounted system leaves the carpets almost dry when they leave and the house smells amazing.  Those of you who have pets know they sometime become ill or have accidents.  Please know they have never failed to remove pet stains and odor from my carpets.  I have also used them to clean my hardwood floors and ceramic tiles and grout.  I was equally pleased with these services.  I would NEVER use another cleaning and restoration company.  They do an awesome job with all their services! <br />"
