"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. On the second visit, I chose Cambria quartz countertops. The installers came on time and I had my old cabinets emptied out and the hardware off when they came. They were efficient and quick and very careful with appliances that were in the kitchen. They finished in less than eight hours. I could not have been more pleased. Cambria quartz representative came the next business day and took laser measurements. I was without the kitchen sink and water in the kitchen until the countertops were installed. They returned in 3 weeks and installed the countertops with a sink already attached to the countertops. They did an excellent installation. Warren Flooring Corp. did the tile backsplash. Tile was purchased at The Tile Shop. The entire process could not have been better. I highly recommend Limpus Cabinet Sales Co. if you are in need of a kitchen update. I am so pleased with how everything turned out in my kitchen. My kitchen cabinets were 17 years old. The results speak for themselves. The cabinets were approximately $7,500 and the quartz countertops and sink cost approximately $5,000."

"The best "consultants" in their trade.  I was looking for the best performance through state-of-art design, engineering, product selection, and installation.  They did not fail.  Timmons and "Water Engineering Excellence" belong in the same sentence.  
Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.

"Patrick and his son arrived at noon and worked through until around 8:30pm. Tub was very worn on the bottom and required additional work, which increased our cost a little. Did a great job of taping things off and cleaning up. They came back the next day to caulk and finish up the drain. They were only there about 30 minutes on the 2nd day. The tub looks great. It looks brand new. They did a great job with the drain and caulk as well. Nice guys. Easy to work with and trusting. I would definitely use them again!"

"Mid-summer I began looking for a contractor to get us hooked up to city water. Rishel was the first I talked to. He came out and gave me the price. I contacted others who offered pricing but were not interested in the project. They referred me back to Rishel not knowing that I had already talked with him.
The difficulty and expense of the project was because when the water main was extended past our home a couple of years before it had to be put in with directional boring. This put the 18and quot; main nine feet below grade and on the other side of College Avenue. Rishel had the equipment and expertise to handle our job without cutting the road.
Over the next couple of months we were in constant contact. To do the job Rishel would have to put equipment on the lawn of the apartment complex across the street from us. He wanted to do the job at a time when they were less likely to cause lawn damage for the apartment complex or for us..
It was early October when that time arrived and we agreed on a day for them to begin. Their equipment arrived early on the designated morning and work began. The layout of the job was explained in detail to me and I was able to visualize the work and follow it as it progressed. The workers were efficient, extremely careful in all that they did. The work progressed seamlessly over the three days it took.
When they finished they left minimal evidence that they had been here. The necessary excavations for meter pit and tie in to the house were minimal and refilled back to ground level plus settling material left.
I was positively impressed by the expertise and caring with which the whole project was done. I certainly would recommend Rishel
to anyone needing excavation work.

"His price was good. It is like half the prices of Bushes. I feel like the quality of his work was not was as Bushes but it was still okay. We are living in the house and so far we haven't had any problems. We did have one with the sink faucet which they came and fixed it.  I would probably not use them again."
