Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."

I had to borrow there probe the 3rd probe found them other tank,,had some small tree roots over it, there help watched me dig ,and said we don't have time for me to uncover it,so I called the office woman said they had another call that they would be back monday to pump it and said they would only charge me 50.dollars .. Well they came wensday and hit me for another 350.00 dollars"
