Adam was very knowledgeable and suggested there maybe excess humidity in our attic due to our dark metal roof. That Adam went out of his way to explain how this might be a problem was impressive. We have found Tar Heel to be a great company to work with due to their employees, quality of work, and the way they stand behind their repairs."

"We found All State Plumbing to be a great choice for our family of five. We had a 12 year old water heater that wasn't heating our water and Paul did a great job explaining our options and helping us with our idea of moving to a 50 gal from our old 40 gal. He patiently answered all my questions over several calls as we discussed everything from repair to replacement options. Billy was also great to work with, he did such a good job and really looked out for our situation, since the new water heater was taller than the old one. He managed to get it fit and installed without having to make another hole in the outside of our house for the gas venting! Billy also was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what his plan was before the installation and a final review once he was done. Though they were a bit more expensive than we had planned, we feel they did everything the right way and that they stand behind what they sell, including covering some incidental costs in their estimate with no additional fees or charges.
