"My sales rep, Chase Fountain, was extremely knowledgeable and sincere. My installer, Allen Shoemaker, was very courteous and did excellent work."

"Overall the tub removal and shower install was great. The installers did a great job. There was a miss on the sales reps side. We picked the subway tile with black grout and we got the subway tile with white grout. We checked back on the sales sheet and the mistake was there, so we have to own the mistake. However, we were talking to the rep about the black grout and he even made a comment about it as well. We made an assumption that everything was put in correctly and that’s on us. Even with that, the shower looks great and the guys doing the installation did a great job."

"James Cress Jr Water Pump Company came out to check my well and give me an estimate on work to be performed. He was punctual with his appointment with me. He replaced my pump in the well and I am one satisfied customer. I will call him again. I will be referring him to family and friends. I was satisfied with the hob and the cost was reasonable."

"I recently had my shower remodeled by House Pro and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Crystal was extremely professional and knowledgeable, providing great design ideas and suggestions that truly transformed my outdated shower into a beautiful and modern space. The quality of workmanship was top-notch and the attention to detail was impeccable. The team was efficient, respectful of my home, and completed the project in a timely manner. I was kept informed every step of the way and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my shower remodel and would highly recommend House Pro and Crystal and her team to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom or other house repairs.
