"Montoya Roof Conversion will definitely have my business again. Mr. Juan Montoya and his partner, Pepe, did an amazing job with my stucco repairs. Mr. Montoya assessed the damage due to aging and normal environment stress, gave me a reasonable quote, and kept me informed during progress. While the whole job took some time due to the color-matching issue (our home is about 20 years old, and the color was difficult to order), the result was absolutely worth the wait. Pepe and Juan are professional, courteous, and just fun to be around. We enjoyed chatting with them on a daily basis. I really wish I had taken "before" photos because the end result is remarkable. The back porch "pop-outs" that Juan and Pepe added to my existing, plain columns are just gorgeous and have added appeal. Our home looks fabulous now.
