I had a Samsung dryer that was not heating. They suggested I have filter cleaned, which I did but problem persisted. Called back and was able to get service person out the next day. Marcus (service tech) was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He was polite and professional and I was comfortable discussing my options (repair, replace, think about it). I opted to have the heating element replaced. Marcus did the repair quickly and I have not had any further problems. Will definitely use this company in the future."

Josh was here the next day, on time and was able to identify the broken piece in my ancient clothes washer within minutes. Had a new piece ordered before he left my home and I was called the next morning to set up the appointment for the repair! Less than 48hrs later my washer is fixed and he was even able to tell me what sorts of items NOT to wash in my machine to avoid needing the repair done again in the future.
