"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."

"Our install was done incorrectly the first time and the tankless water heater kept turning off with no hot water. It took couple of revisit for the technician to figure out the issue and now we do not see any issues since last three weeks. They have no emergency service on weekend we had to wait until Monday before we were able to get the hot water running back. Also the overall plumbing work was averagely done (pipes not installed straight and square)."

"The job went Extremely Well! Work Performed June 12, 2019 This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customers’ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve and seal in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. "He came out within two or three hours of my calling. The turn off valve wasn?t working and I couldn?t stop the water leak. Their prices were adequate. He used quality copper pipe and set the valve properly; so, it was easy to turn off. He cleaned up and didn't leave any mess around."

"This was a complete remodel of a 30-year old kitchen, including removal of all cabinets and soffits. Matt proposed the design after coming to the house, taking pictures/measurements, and discussing the ideas I had. He offered lots of options for cabinets, countertops, and flooring and assisting in the selection. He also assisting in procuring the appliances after I decided on the make/models I wanted. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They put down drop clothes and covered doorways as possible to try to minimize the dust throughout the house. There were lots of "surprises" in the soffits, requiring about a week's worth of re-arranging plumbing and electrical. This caused a delay in completion of the project and added expense, but I felt the charges were fair. The final product is an updated, open, functional, and beautiful kitchen that I will enjoy and I know will add value to the house when it's time to sell."

"This would have gone pretty well except that when John (son of Henry) came to look at the job he told me that they would save and replant the bushes and plants that would have be removed to make their initial hole at the curbside city water connection (about 2'x 6' on surface). This was necessary to allow their underground-pipe installer to reach the depth required. When it came to "replacing" the plants, all they did was dig some holes in what was now a clay surface, pick up the plants with what topsoil balls remained around their roots and put them in the holes, doing little else to properly replant them. I have had to get my landscaper out to finish the job. They did do a very nice job of connecting the new copper water line to the house waterline in the basement and cleaned up well. City inspector checked both ends and was satisfied. Bottom line: if this installation had not had to start in our street-side garden, but maybe just in our lawn, I would have been happier with the results."

"We live on a hill with an acre of woods behind us. The main drain line goes down the hill into the woods behind our house and there is a sloping steep path to get down to the area that needed repaired. Initially, we had another company come out to clear the drain. They discovered the stoppage was due to a break, which they thought was in 2 sections, one before the exterior clean out and another past it. The one section past the clean out also had a large fallen tree laying across where it passed. they gave us an estimate of $3800 to repair. I joined Angie's list and looked for other companies that would give a free estimate and found Trinity Plumbing. He came out the same day I called and gave me a much more affordable estimate. The day he was to begin a cold front with high winds and rain was moving in and he called and said that Sunday was suppose to be sunny and warmer and he would come then at no extra charge. Later that day, the weather had settled and he called and asked if he could come by and dig around a little to evaluate the situation. He worked for over 2 hours digging in the suspected locations and said he found the problem, and it was one break, not two, but the breakage ran under the area where the tree had fallen and that section of the tree would need to be removed before he could start. He asked if we knew anyone with a chain saw who could do it on Saturday so he could start on Sunday, I told him I would check around. before I could get any calls made, he called back and told me he had a friend who would do it Saturday morning for $100. He worked over 6 hours on Sunday in the cold and mud, hand digging( the hilly wooded area made it almost impossible for any large equipment) a 20 foot trench and replacing the old broken clay piping. It turned out to be a bigger fix than the spot fix of his original estimate and it was a $1000. more. but still over 1000. less than the other company, who would have charged more once they got into the work due to the extensive damage. After he left, we noticed things were still not working properly. I called him and he said it was probably still clogged closer to the house from all the former back up, but said he would be out first thing in the morning to check. He came as promised and after checking all the system, he told us to have the company come back to clean the upper drain pipes because he felt sure there was still a stoppage closer to the house that they had not properly cleared and since it was under warranty, they should come back for free to do it again. He said to tell them to remove the toilet to do it for the best access. He did this on his own time. Armed with this information, the company came back and did another cleaning at no charge, removing the toilet for better access, there was indeed a stoppage that they had missed. Our system is working like a gem now. Rodney of Trinity acted more like a doctor and our house was his patient, he called a couple of times to check on whether the other company had cleared it or not. He was at all times polite and always informative, taking photos to show us the breakage and the huge roots that had stopped up the lower drain due to the breakage. He is now my official plumber and I highly recommend him to anyone.
