"I called Prospect for an estimate on refinishing a floor in a medium-sized room. Mike, the appraiser, was very professional, arrived exactly on time, answered all my questions, and actually suggested that the floors were in good shape and did not really require refinishing. On the basis of his advice, I decided not to proceed with the project. Since I did not proceed with the project, I cannot comment on the quality of the work, but then everyone I talked to, both Jody in the main office and Mike, were super professional. Prospect will definitely be my first call next time."

"They did an amazing job!  Since the refinishing was the entire first floor, the stairway and second floor hallway we had to leave the house so we went away on a week's vacation.  We came back to beautiful floors.  The only thing that had not been replaced were area rugs that had to be kept off the floor for awhile to allow the poly to completely cure - but they came back after that to put these area rugs down.
They also made repairs in areas that had issues, around a fireplace and in a powder room, correcting the original installers mistakes.
Would definitely use this company again.  The owners are very engaged in the job and ensure the highest quality.

I was able to schedule an appointment with their estimator for the next day and they were able to install my luxury vinyl plank flooring the following day. Their price was reasonable, their installer was very professional, and he did a great job. I would definitely use them again."

"Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!
