"I repaired it myself. I called Bosch Customer Service (800-944-2904). They said they couldn't come until 9/30. Gave me two other referrals: Frank's in Raleigh and Triangle Appliance Repair in Durham. I called both and left voicemails. Neither has called back as of this writing. A woman called me from Capital Appliance Repair this am. One day after I contacted Capital on Angies List. She asked if I still needed service. I told I wasn't sure (I was in the middle of doing my own troubleshooting). She said if I still needed service to give her a call. I was successful in completing the repair, so I'm writing this review instead of calling her back. 10 Stars to her!"

"Above all Nick was honest. He explained that the part I managed to break was more of a "child proof" item and not a safety issue. He offered two solutions and explained the cost and pros/cons of each solution. He easily could have sold us a $150+ fix for parts and labor but was honest and explained that we could use it as-is safely. His fee to come out and diagnose the issue was very reasonable and (in my opinion) worth every penny for the peace of mind he afforded us. Service call was scheduled for the next business day and he arrived within the two hour window provided. Nick was professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to have in our home.
