"Sunny came to fix the fridge and did an initial inspection which I paid for the diagnosis fee of 50.00. Sunny stated the appliance needed freon and he came the next day and fill the freon and stated the appliance was fixed and to wait 24 hours to fully cool I paid 200.00. The next day the appliance was not cool and I called him and he requested the label of the manufacture he called me back and said I needed another part and needed to pay him another 85.00. He asked if I would pay it and I told him I already paid 250.00 and I asked what have I paid for and he said that if I do not pay the 85.00 he would not come and so I am out 250.00 and still have a broken fridge."

G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."

Farzan was a great point of contact, and they were quick to address a few small problems that I noticed afterward (one of the installed floor planks had a crack, for example) with no additional charges. They finished our basement remodel (adding a shower, painting, removing old rugs, installing new wood/stained stairs, etc) within a week of their original estimate, so definitely points for that. Prices were reasonable compared to other estimates as well-"
