We talked while he was removing the old fan and we shared some information about our military background. Ryan worked while we talked, and I just sensed a young man that knew what he wanted in life and was doing it. When Ryan completed the fan, he checked his work to ensure everything was correct and working correctly. It took him no time to get the replace the ballast, and low and behold the light worked. He finished that and did the outside lights in no time. I was impressed with Ryan, he is the type of worker every company dreams of. Nothing but AWESOME!
