Mad Pipers did such a great job with the large re-piping job I hired them for over the summer, I didn't hesitate to call Zack & Ragen for the quote for the additional work. "They provided me with information about repair of three 23 year old builder grade toilets vs replacing them. Gave me price options for toilets that would meet our needs, arranged for removal and installation within a couple days. They were here on time and within 1 1/2 hours had removed all 3, cleaned where the old toilets had been, hauled them away and had installed and caulked all 3 and were in their way. Their plumbers were respectful, friendly and professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs."

"Greg & Jason installed a water heater I purchased from them & a bathroom sink faucet for me. They went above and beyond explaining everything they were doing and how it all works to me and even taping up a hole Jason discovered in my dryer hose. They did such great work for substantially lower pricing than other quotes I received and provided advise on another project I was considering, so I hired them right away for a second job. They came back out and installed a new kitchen sink I purchased elsewhere, and a new faucet and garbage disposal I purchased from them. Again they did great work, and went above and beyond bringing an aerator to perfectly match my new sink. "Lead plumber Mitchell, did great service with even better follow up. As with a lot of services, it comes down to the actual person with which you interact. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."
