Mike, the technician, explained all options, educated me as to all options, and did not pressure me in any way towards one service or another. The initial treatment was $375.00 as I have a large house and a large property, but signing up for the maintenance program appears to be the best way to go to insure these pests will be eradicated. "Ron from Ampest was our exterminator.  He arrived on time and performed a whole house inspection and inspected the attic for any rodents.  He determined that they had created a small hole in the eaves of the roof and set traps both on the roof as well as on the ground by the tree.  Over the next 5 days we caught about 6 squirrels (the mother and some of her babies)and even one chipmunk.  He arrived every morning to check the traps, replace them with new ones and take the squirrels to a forest preserve to release them unharmed..  After the service was ended, we cut down the tree by the house to prevent any squirrels or other wildlife from climbing on the roof. About a week later we heard some other noises in the attic and actually saw one squirrel on the roof so we called them out again.  He looked again in the attic to ensure they did not get in but were confined to the eaves.  He set more traps but was unable to catch any more squirrels.  We think they eventually jumped off the roof and we have never heard anything back in the next two weeks.  We are very pleased with their service, attention to detail and professionalism.  They answerde all of our questions and did not hesitate to return after the contract was over to set more traps and monitor. <br />"

"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

"<p>Years ago (estimate mid to late 1990's) when squirrels were invading my building, American Pest Solutions came to my rescue.  Oh yes, squirrels came in above my cathedral ceiling and chewed a hole roughly the size of a baseball.  Really?  the cathedral ceiling?  Well yes.  So I've been cautious with periodic inspections of their work as the cost of their inspection is far less than the scaffold, drywall and paint to repair.  They installed a heavy wire mesh under the building's eaves.  This month I watched the squirrels fatten up for winter and decided that it was time again for a check.  They are easy to schedule and prompt.  I cannot say enough good kudos to this company!  Thanks for being available when I need you!</p> <br />"

"I woke up in the morning and smelled a skunk.  Assuming that it was just a skunk spraying outside, I went on about my day.  At noon, the smell was still present and I suspected something might be different.  The smell wasn't going away, it was getting stronger.  I started calling animal control companies and none of them could respond faster than 2 days.  Finally, I found All Wildlife Animal Eviction and they were at my house in 2 hours.  The tech surveyed my house and began to focus in on a window well that was hidden under my deck.  This same window well is not visible in my basement because it was "walled over."  The tech army crawled under the deck, peeked in the window well and found (1) live possum, (1) live rabbit, (1) dead bloody skunk carcass and one dead rabbit.  To remove all the animals, the tech had to remove my deck boards in order to get full access to the window well.  He did so carefully and all deck boards were easily reinstalled without issue.  The tech took great care to remove all animals, dead and alive.  He told me that finding so many animals in one window well was a first for him.  His professionalism was greatly appreciated.   <br> <br>After this event, I though I'd be safe and use their mouse removal program.  The tech who performed this task was equally professional and nice.  Luckily, no mice were found. <br> <br>I will recommend these guys forever."

"We encountered a skunk in the middle of our fenced backyard for two consecutive nights before daylight.    We have two dogs that have to be let out at that time for their routines and last fall we experienced 1st hand what it was like to have one of them sprayed.  The smell was brought into the house and the dog spent the day getting special baths at the groomers and we had to have all the carpets shampoo'd.  Bad experience!!!!!  We didn't want to repeat this again and also had concerns over skunks being carriers of rabies. <br /> <br /> We contacted Steve Krom on Thursday and Friday morning 1st thing he was out at our property.   He told us skunks were avid diggers and he would make the rounds to confirm it was living close or elsewhere.  After scoping out the area he determined we didn't have an odorous tenant so he setup a baited trap near our back gate.  The 1st three nights  a c***, a possum, and then a c*** were captured and Steve came over and released the animals even on the weekend..  He said he would go beyond his normal 3 captures for a few more days at no charge otherwise we we were probably spinning our wheels.  As he indicated we only had a 40-60% chance of capture.  Luckily after nothing on the 4th night we finally connected on the 5th night- we were very pleased but at the same time sad for the animal.  On schedule the skunk was picked up and disposed of.   Part of the total charge was $55 for the disposal of the skunk.  Steve was very professional and very explanatory.  We were very impressed with his skills and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.......  "
