I thought that it was a bad pressure tank, but Hogan's came promptly on a Saturday (no upcharge for Saturdays), and determined that there was a leak in the pipe pulling water from the well. They also determined that my pressure tank was fine. They replaced the leaking pipe and because the pump was 16 years old, I had them replace that as well. Price to replace pipe and pump was $1,200. Evidently that is the norm for this type of service."
