When our dishwasher stopped working I initially called them because we'd worked with them before, and the owner (or manager?) openly told me that they were fully booked up for the next two weeks and offered the names of some competing companies. "Tech was great. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Part wasn't on truck so it took additional day for repairs to be completed. I have not had an appliance repair in a long time so not sure what things cost. Bill was about $235 including diagnosis, parts, labor and 10% discount. Fair I guess all things considered.
