Their service failed to achieve any measurable results and no refund for poor performance was offered and I was still charged the cancelation fee to end the contract early. Technicians who visited monthly were pleasant and professional but ultimately was a giant waste of money for the tech to place out traps/bait stations and stuff some holes with steel wool. Not really sure what the high-end price was for as there was nothing cutting edge or advanced in what they did. Monthly service visits last roughly 15-20 minutes I would say on average. Again all the technicians were pleasant and professional and the folks on the phone were the same they just would not budge on a refund and still charged the cancelation fee. I would look elsewhere unless your home is new enough construction to use the exclusion system which I did not get due the age of my homes foundation."
