"I knew that we had issues with our roof, but was unsure of who to call. I’ve heard of all of the big name advertisers on the major radio stations and I’ve heard some good and bad things about them. I heard an advertisement for Accent Roofing on a local radio station and decided to give them a call; I’m glad I did. The owner of Accent Roofing, Tommy Scribbins, came out to evaluate our roof within a few days of my call. Tommy was very knowledgeable; not an arrogant “know it all” - he listened to my questions and answered them. He has an engineering background so he knows how to explain how products work or in some cases, do not work. When the insurance adjuster came out to evaluate our claim, Tommy was there to make sure the adjuster took into account materials that would be needed in order to bring the roof up to the current building code requirements. The color of the shingles that we decided upon was one that was difficult to obtain due to current logistics and supply chain issues, but Tommy found a supplier. When installation day arrived, the crew showed up on time – early in the morning and worked all day, into the early evening to get the job done. The project manager was available, pleasant to work with, and answered any questions that I had. We had several pieces of roof sheathing that needed to be replaced and they did not charge us a fortune for that. There were a couple of minor details to handle the following morning, including thoroughly combing the yard for nails. The care after the installation was great as well. Accent Roofing filed our warranty information with the manufacturer of the shingles and also provided our insurance company the completion certificate for the job. So in case you couldn’t tell by my review, we are very pleased with Accent Roofing and I’m sure you will be as well when you hire them."

"The men were on time as the said they would be. They wasted no time and were on the roof immediately removing old shingles and two layers of old felt, replaced the vents and bad wood and found more that I didn't know was bad and replaced all of it and painted all of the vents to match with the shingles. They did clean up all of the debris and nails and put it in a dumpster. They ran a magnet around the house to get old nails that may have fallen. Because of all the nails in the old felt, I did find some on the ground with a magnet I ran around the perimeter after they left. All and all they did excellent work and I am pleased. I would definitely recommend your company to other customers."

The re-roof was efficiently done in a timely manner. The cleanup was efficiently handled. Mr. Gerry Rotter, President, checked on the progress of the job, with his foreman often and in person. He was always available to his foreman and answered my calls or returned them promptly. The crew on site, were efficient and they worked hard and well together. We have had a violent wind storm that had blown off shingles. We called Talon within one day. He was on her home, measuring inspecting and gave us a quote. He worked with our insurance company And they agreed with his findings that our entire roof need to be replaced. His crew were very efficient and effective. They worked from the time the sun came up until the sun went down, scraping off the old shingles and took up the tar paper and the wooden roof that lied at the base. Talon‘s crew replaced all the wood and paper and asphalt shingles in a very timely manner. Talon was very easy to work with as he made phone calls and updates about the materials and when they would be arriving and what we needed to do on our part. We have had no leaks and no shingles blowing off in the last two years since he had completed our roofing project."
