"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! "i see lot positive reviews ,but does anyone really go look at work, I gave Richard 2 roofers to do side by side ,bad thing to do ,only thing he cared about doing them the same day , he never got out truck .nor did he go on roof to see what job his borrow help did, i had shingle buckling even sent him 2 photos never came to look got like the warranty Richard gives been 4 months now still picking up nail tells gutter were all cleaned not true i had 3 pounds roof nail in gutter . vent were never sealed"
