"Yesterday Lee from Green Shield Pest Solutions came to my home. I am so happy with him and this company. He was very polite, arrived exactly when he said he would, explained what he intended to do, went over my contract, inspected my home, reported on his concerns and did what was needed. He was wonderful to work with. He and this company deserve 10 stars. I am thrilled!!"

"Kay's team is the best!!! The entire company is very responsive and will come back when requested (we have had them come back when we see ants). They do a very thorough job, are all very professional and knowledgeable, and provide exceptional customer service. We have recommended them to several neighbors and they all love Insight too!"

"I contacted BB via internet at 8:15 pm on a week night. At 8:20 pm, 5 minutes later, they called me to discuss my problem. No one in my life time has ever responded so quickly to my inquiry for services. I was amazed. An appointment was made for 9:00 am the next morning and by 9:30 my problem was solved (ants trying to move in with me). These guys are the best. They know their business and more importantly how to treat people. They deserve a lot more than 5 stars. Thank you BB for all your help."

"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."
