I gave him a B for punctuality, because he missed our first appointment--but I will give him a pass because it was scheduled shortly after Hurricane Sandy, and I understand everyone's schedules were a little crazy (mine included). However, Glen apologized profusely for the error and fit us into the schedule for the very next day, and arrived promptly at the appointed time. "Kevin's company is the 4th one my husband and I have used over the last 2.5 years and we cannot be happier with his service. He came out about 2 years ago for the first time when we had carpenter bees in our barn. He explained what product(s) he was using and the time frame at which they would be gone. Sure enough after a week they were gone. A year later in the summer we had more, but now in our deck laying eggs. He explained the same thing as the year before and sure enough they were gone within a week. We then decided to have him and his son treat for the ants that were a continuous problem throughout our house. Three previous companies could not do the job and we started to give up hope! Kevin again thoroughly explained the products he was using and how long they were take to show results. We have been ant free in our house for about a year and there has been no outside problems either. Kevin comes back every 3 months for ongoing treating. I called Richland Pest and Bee Control and they called me back within an hour. The call was very informative and they arranged for a technician to come to my home later the same day. The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and well informed and seemed confident that the treatment was successful. A bit pricey but I would definitely hire them again."

"We had mice that loved our attic. I called Advanced and they came within two days. They placed what they call RTUs throughout the attic, as well as a few in the garage and basement. They looked around those same areas for signs of mice. They found some, mostly in the attic. Because we have a dog they left information regarding the chemical in the RTUs just in case our dog ingested any and we needed to take him to the vet. They told us to give it three weeks and if we still heard the mice we were to call them. We did still hear the mice after three weeks. We called and they came out again within about two days. They reapplied the treatment at no additional cost. Since then we have not heard any more mice. <br />"

"I would say they are very expensive. They just keep coming back for more money. So I am not going to use them this year. I have used them for many years but I am getting a little tired of their shenanigans. I will say that they are attentive and they do the job. Basically as far as I can see they are the only people around that do moles so they can charge what they want to and that's not fair. The point is that they come to do something and they will follow up for a month, and you have to re up again. Every time I have to pay them $300 and I am getting tired of this. It just depends on what they are doing. If it is moles it is a continual payments through the summer. Thats where I get a little stingy after awhile. There are a little things you can do on your own to stick in the mole tunnel and it is the same thing the man comes her to do. You can try it. So we are going to try that route, and see if we can do it on our own. For price I am going to give them a low value because I think they are too expensive. They are just taking advantage of being the only kid on the block. Service has to be really good to give people an A. I would not use them again. It is always the same guy, just one person. <br /> <br /> If you knew anything about trying to kill moles you can put something in a mole tunnel and it will kill the mole right there because it is usually one mole that reeks havoc. But then there is another one to take his place and he comes from the woods and starts reeking havoc on your lawn. So this guy comes and checks every now and then to see whats going on."
