He showed up when he said he would, spent very little time, and got everything connected perfectly, thereby saving my home from the inevitable lint fire from the kinked hose I had "installed." I would absolutely use them again for my handyman needs."

"Paul and his crew professionally installed the metal roof over a shingled roof on our two car detached garage. They arrived when they said they would and finished inside of one day. All debris was cleaned up and hauled off and a rolling magnet was used across the yard area several times to pick up any nails, screws or other metal scrap. We have been very pleased with the work that this contractor does and would not hesitate to contact him regarding any work we may need done in the future."

"Everything went fantastic. We actually love our kitchen and laundry room now. We had gotten to the point we hated the kitchen and tolerated the laundry room. Now both and especially the kitchen look very elegant. Working with Micah was wonderful. He was very professional, offered many suggestions on what was needed or how it should be done. He was honest, listened and understood what we needed, went out of his way to insure that we were happy and was very meticulous about his work. <br /> We have a very large kitchen so needless to say it was a major undertaking especially correcting all the problems left by the original cabinet maker. When Micah finished it looked like we had installed all new high-end cabinets but at almost half the price of putting in new cabinets. <br /> So anyone that has a situation like us where the cabinet boxes themselves are salvageable we highly recommend Residential Facelift.  We had looked at other companies that reface kitchen cabinets but found that their techniques were not appealing and were more expensive. We are definitely pleased with the work Residential Facelift had done and highly recommend them. In fact we are already thinking about them doing the cabinets and trim in our master bathroom (again fixing the disaster from the original cabinet maker)."

"The customer service experience was awful. The man, Tommy, came out on a Wednesday and was nice enough. We have other contract stuff going on so it was loud which is probably why he mostly just measured and told us very little about the windows he was selling. It was a Wednesday evening and he promised to get me a quote first thing in the morning. He emails me close to 5 pm the next day with a scanned copy of a general deacription and price rather than a quote with break downs. I talk with him Friday morning after discovering the windows he has quoted are the low end that company makes and gets less than stellar reviews. He seemed personally offended but finally says he will get me a quote for nicer windows if I really just want to pay more. After not hearing from him, I finally call to speak with a supervisor on Wednesday morning. I am told that "Tim" , who I assume is the supervisor I have asked the receptionist to speak to, is in a meeting and will get back to me. 5 hours later, Tommy finally calls and says he has emailed the new quote and only apologizes in passing for the delay. He again pushes the cheaper windows, saying they are essentially tbe same as the more expensive windows. This quote if $11\ more per window. He is still persistent that the lower end windows are fine though he knows how I feel about them. I have still not heard back from "Tim" and feel any warranty these people offer would never be worth dealing with this customer service. I do not recommend."
