I called up Frank and was able to get an appointment within a few days. The initial visit went smoothly. However, the problem was not fixed. I notified Frank and he came back within a few days to see what else he can do. It took about 3 visits, but I'm sure these things require tweaking due to unique circumstances for every customer. Fortunately, after the last visit, I didn't see the mouse, again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm happy that Frank is readily available to keep working until the problem is resolved."

"I got to meet one of the owners Todd, and he was great at explaining everything carefully and ensuring that the bugs at our house were all exterminated. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!"

"E&G were very responsive, setting up an appointment shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They came about a week or two after our initial contact.  The worker who came out was very friendly and explained what the process was, as I accompanied him through my home and area around the foundation.  That day he put a bunch of bait stations inside and outside the house to get any mice that were in the house out of it.  Then two weeks later he came back - I was not home that day - and installed copper mesh material where my siding met the foundation to provide a barrier to keep the varmints from entering the house.
