"Paul did a great job he was knowledgeable and efficient. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Knew what the problem was and knew how to fix it. Trained on the Rinnai Tankless water heater."

"My experience from start to finish was amazing. I called to let them know that we had no hot water, they set an appointment for that very same day. The technician, Jacob, arrived 20 minutes early. He was courteous, professional, and friendly (my dog loved him). He checked on the water heater to see if it needed repair or replacement, then showed me exactly why it needed to be replaced. He said they could replace it immediately. He left to pick up a new water heater and someone to help him and within three hours of his arrival, we had hot water again. I will surely use them again for any other plumbing issues in our house."

"Quick response, same day, and repaired plumbing fixtures and shutoff valves"

"Their services were absolutely amazing and efficient. We appreciate so much that he was quick and attentive to our needs in changing our water heater in a pinch. Thank you so much."

"I had an excellent experience with this company!! I had a tankless water heater installed as well as a water filtration system. The price was better than I expected and the owner was present for the installation. I was impressed with him and his knowledge as well as the attention to detail! I definitely recommend them to others!"

"David did great job. He alerted us to some preventative maintenance tips to prevent overflow leaks from our water heaters."

"Paul and Jeff are very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and answered all my questions. Their recommended version of the heater was installed promptly and we now have hot water at our most remote faucet in seconds (not minutes anymore)! ... [And York County Natural Gas still has their $400 rebate when converting from electric to natural gas water heaters]."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
