"This is the second time that we have used the services of Wyatt's Professional Flooring. Two years ago, Michael and his team installed new carpet in my mom's home. She and I were very pleased. Michael was great to work with, explained everything that he did, and offered reasonable prices. At that time, I had just purchased my own home and knew that I would be calling on Wyatt's Flooring once I decided which direction I wanted to go with my floors. Fast forward to February 2019, Michael, Jesse, and Jose installed a new floor on my first floor and new carpet on the steps. I am absolutely thrilled with my floor. They are gorgeous!!! ( I went with a luxury vinyl wood floor that Michael recommended). Michael and his team are polite, friendly, dependable, and great at what they do!! The prices are very reasonable. Without a doubt, I will definitely use Wyatt's again in the future!! I highly recommend Wyatt's Flooring!!"

"The sales staff and owner were most accommodating and competitive in their pricing and in making suggestions as to the color and kind of carpeting that would best serve our purposes.  It was and easy meeting and V.C. was very accommodating in setting and then re-doing the install dates.  The two installers - Tom and Ron - were also accommodating in moving furniture, chairs, dressers, etc., around after we had emptied as much as we could (filling up our garage in the process!).  They were very professional, polite, easy to work with, and accommodating to our needs, especially in replacing the furniture into different positions in a few cases.  They checked with us as needed and were very efficient and polite, finishing in less than 2 days. <br>"

"We have been very pleased with everything involved in having our rugs cleaned and repaired by Main Street Oriental Rugs.  Mojan <br /> Bagha was very knowledgeable about his craft, and was very pleasant to deal with.  He seems to care a great deal about the rugs he deals with, and took personal affront that a hand-crafted Persian runner had been crudely cut in half by a relative years ago.  We were advised that two other runners were machine-made and not worth the cleaning fee.  Our rugs were restored to colors we did not know that they had, and they look beautiful.  Ratty looking fringe was made to look much better even though we decided that we could not afford to have them appropriately repaired.  The pick-up and delivery were exactly as he had said, and each time he carefully re-positioned the room furniture.   The price was well worth it.  The office was easy to communicate with, and we highly recommend them. <br />"

"Stefan did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. They look brand new. Stefan arrived earlier than expected and that was GREAT! He is a very nice man. I have had other companies clean my rugs but the rugs never looked as good as after Stefan was finished today. I highly recommend Stefan to anyone who needs to have their carpets/upholstery cleaned. I plan to have Stefan clean my carpets on a yearly basis."

"Their rep was extremely helpful in selecting a color and figuring out the best width of carpet to minimize seams that might trip one of our little kids. The only problem was that their rep had said the installers would glue the wooden strips to our concrete basement floor. The installers showed up and started hammering them into our concrete basement floor, which is not ideal. Apparently gluing the wooden strips requires doing the glue requires coming one day, and then coming another day to actually put down the carpet. Hopefully the nails in the concrete floor won't cause moisture problems... Otherwise they were great; the result looks great."

"Adan and Hugo, the technicians, arrived promptly at noon (my designated window was noon to 3 p.m.). Both of them have been here before but we walked through the house so that I could show them some areas that might need special attention. They started their work promptly and finished in an hour and a half. Adan and Hugo were very courteous and professional, as always. After they finished, Adan told me about some areas where there are more permanent stains, some discoloration on the stairs, and some wear on the downstairs carpet, all of which I appreciated. He recommended cleaning the rugs at least once a year so that traffic patterns and stains don't set in. Adan reminded me that the carpets can be a little slippery until they start to dry out and to let them dry at least 6-8 hours before setting furniture on them. It's easy to schedule an appointment with the company through Lois who is also very courteous and professional. Normandy has cleaned my carpets twice and also did an excellent job on an emergency clean when we spilled hot coffee on the very light wool rug in the master bedroom. They have also cleaned three silk upholstered living room chairs (which Adan also recalled doing) and did a great job. I would highly recommend them as an excellent, professional, and reasonably priced service."

"The ordered carpet received was defective, Bel Air Carpet called right away to let us know and reordered. The carpet reorder was received in a timely manner and installed right away. The installation team was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Bel Air Carpet was a great experience, no nickel and diming. a great one stop shop with a price that included all services, i.e.. removal of old carpet, help with furniture moving, padding and installation of new carpet. <br />"
