Unfortunately, the AC coil was broken, and replacement of the coil was costly, so replacing the entire AC unit was more cost effective. The unit was replaced on Monday, at a fair price. He explained the typical cause of kitchen blockages (dying garbage disposals), and scheduled me for a replacement 4 days later. When I suggested going with a more expensive/ powerful model, he declined the opportunity to upsell. He also took time to clean up the dirty water splashes under the sink, even when I told him not to bother. Also, my dogs liked him."
