"Overall we are extremely pleased with Classic Remodeling. As with every job of this size, there were a few hiccups along the way and a little bit of a quality issue, HOWEVER, our project manager was *extremely* responsive and remedied everything to our satisfaction. The office staff is very friendly and checked in weekly to see how the project was going. Russell, our project manager, was amazing and responded to questions and text messages within minutes, even on the weekends. During a time of a remodeling boom, where all trades are extremely busy, they did a good job of keeping our project on track and moving forward. We are thrilled with the final result and would hire this company again (as long as we get to work with Russell again)."

"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. "Our home still had the original 1962 kitchen and we wanted to completely renovate it. We worked with Vic from Johnson and Sons, and expanded the the kitchen from 80 sqft to over 200, moved all the appliances ~15-20 feet, ran new electric/water/gas, rebuilt the floor, knocked down a wall, rewired a lot of the old wiring, and got all new cabinets + countertops. This was our first major remodel and since we weren't doing this to flip the house, we wanted to really do it right. Vic was helpful, courteous, and energetic and really helped us figure out the right approach. I was impressed at how reliable they were, with them only showing up late once or twice over the 2.5 months they were working on the house. Vic and his guys were also good communicators and we never felt we were in the dark. Like all older houses, ours had its fair share of craziness that we only found out once we opened up the walls and ceiling. Vic and the rest of the people at Johnson and Sons were always helpful and solution-oriented, which helped keep things moving along. They're pre-work price estimate + timeframe were pretty spot on too. The final price was about 3% higher, which is not bad at all! The timeframe was pretty accurate too, and hard to blame them for the week and a half delay caused by Seattle's Snow-pocalypse of 2019. We look forward to working with Vic and Johnson and Sons again in the future. They will definitely be our go-to-guys when we need work done!"

"Overall the project went very well. We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."

"Doug and Jessie are a great team. They did exceptional work, came in on budget, and finished on time- an impressive feat! We had Greentech move our laundry room upstairs, convert the former downstairs laundry room into an en-suite bedroom/ bathroom for our parents, and change out our old can lights in the living room. Doug communicates clearly and was very helpful at all stages of the project. Jessie is amazingly skilled craftsman and I was constantly impressed by his work. "We hired Pete initially to help with a couple of re-modeling projects at home, including (but not limited to) adding an extra room upstairs. However, we discovered water damage few months prior to the project's planned start date. Pete helped us gain clarity on the rebuild efforts that would follow soon after the water mitigation would complete, worked closely with the insurance adjusters and was always responsive during the planning phases of the process. His crew members were very professional, friendly and always worked with us closely to meet our design needs. For the complexity of the project, Pete and his team did a great job in projecting reasonable timelines and setting expectations.
