"Johnsons and Sons, once again, make the vision a realty. New floors, cabinets, countertops, paint, lighting in our Laundry Room/Mud Room-entryway (and new fireplace!). Top to bottom: perfect. Vic's communication throughout the project never left us guessing who was coming when and what we could expect on a day-to-day basis. He was always very clear on the cost and timing, no surprises. Jon gets the work DONE; I'm not sure there's anything he cannot do. And Tony . . . his tile work is second to none. We've asked Tony to tackle many and varied tile projects; his attention to detail has never left us disappointed and his finished product has always been the highlight. The Johnson and Sons subs (flooring, drywall, paint, electrical) are courteous, professional, and timely. When things are "missed" or overlooked (as ALWAYS happens with ANY project), the subs promptly return to get the work done, never a problem. Two more rooms to go and Johnson and Sons will have touched every room of our house."

"Overall, we are pleased with the results - our house has really been transformed. The mill work is beautiful, and we had drawers and shelves built in to our master bedroom area that we are very pleased with. I recommend hiring a designer and having that worked out ahead of time. There were several quality issues (getting things level, window trim and tiling work in bathrooms); however my understanding is that this is not typical and due to some new crew members and the project manager being over capacity. The owners have been great to work with - responsive and very patient with our cumbersome loan process (even when it meant delay in payment to them by several weeks). They have been working with us to make sure quality issues get addressed and have been instilled confidence in us about the degree to which they stand behind their work."

"Professional, courteous, reliable, honest, hard working, thoughtful and everything you want in a contractor. I have worked with many companies but I have never been this impressed. First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours. To add, they did all this in about 6 weeks. I appreciate how our project was not in conjunction with others which helped to make the whole process super timely. Yes, there was dust but they covered everything up and made sure that the zone was clean every night. After getting to know the owner and his crew I had zero reservations about giving them full access to my home."

"?????????????????? This is our first project Bello. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960?s bathroom totally up to date. The team did an excellent job. We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

"Working with Puget Sound BNR was a great decision for my renovation project. Isaac demonstrated professionalism from beginning to end and made sure every aspect of the work met high standards. Isaac kept me informed about progress, answered my questions promptly, and ensured everything stayed on schedule. The quality of the finished work was outstanding, and the attention to detail was clear in every room. I appreciate the dedication and commitment shown throughout the project and would gladly recommend Puget Sound BNR to others seeking quality craftsmanship."

"Doug, Tony and team did an excellent job renovating two bathrooms in our 110 year old house. Renovating is not quite descriptive enough; both rooms were fully gutted, re-leveled, new framing, and high quality finishes on top. The quality of work of each component was very high; from drywall finishing, heated floors, and quartz highlights - each portion had a high attention to detail. Appreciated the recommendations throughout the project; a willingness to dig into a challenging project (110 year old houses have their quirks) and focus on maintaining some key dates in the schedule. Hope to get them back for a Kitchen re-do in the future."

"The eight month long addition and kitchen remodel went well due entirely to the stellar work ethic and efforts of the personnel who were onsite each and every day. We were very happy with the subs and crew that Excel General Contractor uses. The crew were professional, punctual, and took great care with the details. We had complete faith in Oscar, who primarily led our project, and his team. The final product is beautiful and we are so happy we decided to move forward with such a big project."

"Alex and his team were awesome! They were able to get multiple projects, including lighting installed, stove repaired, dryer venting fixed, exterior bldg repair, and door latch repaired within a week of our initial consultation. Their communication and professionalism were top notch."

"I had the pleasure of working with a contractor, Johnson Custom Builders who also doubled as a design consultant for my recent laundry room renovation and flex room remodel/new bar area and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, this experience has been a seamless journey. First and foremost, I was impressed by the creative flair and ability to tailor the design to cater perfectly to my small laundry room space. The transformation of the flex room including best used space by docking my live edge desk also serves as an extension to my dining table. I was impressed by his ability to custom design and build furniture to complement and multipurpose these two spaces. Johnson Custom Builders truly understands the art of optimizing every inch of the room, ensuring that no space went to waste. The custom cabinets they crafted were like works of art, and the attention to detail was second to none. The dual functionality aspect they incorporated into the design was a so smart, making my laundry room not only efficient but also multifunctional. I’m a baker and also requested a baker’s island that folds away into a closet. The baker’s table is flexible in use and is specific to my baking components. Throughout the entire project, JCB’s communication skills exceeded my expectations. They were always available to discuss any questions or concerns I had, and they patiently listened to all my ideas and preferences. Their ability to translate my vision into reality was impressive, and they even offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall outcome. JCB’s professionalism and work ethic came through throughout the project. They demonstrated a passion for their craft, and it was evident that they take pride in their work. The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and the quality of craftsmanship was evident in every detail. Moreover, the team that worked on the renovation was courteous, respectful, and dedicated. They ensured the job site was clean and tidy at the end of each day, which made living through the renovation process much more manageable. Overall, I can't say enough praises for this exceptional building contractor and design specialist. I highly recommend their services, and I look forward to working with them again for future projects."
