"If there was an option for A+ that is how I'd rate this company! Rey was the man who came to clean my carpets. He did an EXCELLENT job! My carpets look like they were just installed. He removed stains that had not come off before! He did it all in very little time and was polite, professional and displayed his great sense of humor. He offered to Scotchgard the rooms for me and told me the cost. I agreed. This experience was as great as it can get!"

"Originally, I scheduled a cleaning for 2/25 during a 10am - 2pm window.  The serviceman was a no call/no show that morning.  Later that evening, someone from the company called to confirm the cleaning for 2/26.  I told them that I was expecting them earlier that day.  The gentleman on the phone apologized and said that there must have been a scheduling mix up.  On 2/26, the serviceman arrived at my house promptly at 10am.  I showed him my kids' rooms, asked him if he could move the furniture (cribs, toy box and changing table) in the babies' room in order to clean/disinfect/deodorize the entire carpet (my children had recently come down with the stomach flu, hence, the need for the carpet cleaning), told him he didn't have to move any furniture in my older son's room but asked if he could try to get up a spot on that carpet where my son had been sick recently on (I scrubbed the spot but wanted a professional cleaning as well).  From the moment he started, to the moment he finished, it took him 20 minutes total to complete both rooms.  I was surprised when he said he was done.  In the past, I have had other company's take much longer to do the same job.  Before he left, I quickly examined the spot in my son's room, since it was what I was most concerned about.  It appeared as though he was able to get that spot cleaned.  But after he left, I looked into the babies' room and noticed that he had not moved all the baby furniture in order to clean under them. <br /> The punctuality and service were less than desirable.  The serviceman was polite and friendly.  Unfortunately, I was disappointed in their service and would not be using them again in the future. <br />"

"<p>George was very punctual.  He was polite and very professional.  He wasted no time, had all the tools that were needed and did more than I expected. He was so tidy and pleasant that I was impressed.  We all decided that we had other small issues that we needed help with. His schedule is very busy but we all (including George) have decided that when he has some otherwise free time in the area he will call and we can expect his professional services when we are all available.  We look forward to enlisting his future aid. His prices were well with-in reason. We are glad that we found this business in our area and intend to tell friends and neighbors. When he is available, we certainly look forward to an ongoing relationship with this service provider.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"It took a day to do all the prep work to install the tile.  My husband and I removed the majority of the furniture before they came. I had taken down curtains and wall hangings.  They had to remove tile by the back and front doors.  They laid tile in my family room, kitchen and utility room.  Tile was laid at an angle. They did a marvelous job laying tile. Every piece fit perfectly. They moved the stove and  fridge. We only had one afternoon and night with no access to the fridge. When I indicated that I wanted to paint the utility room, they grouted the tile and added the quarter molding at the base of the floor boards first so I could paint over the weekend before the washer, dryer, and sink were put back in place. When they laid the entry way tile, Joe did an amazing job of creating a very stunning entry design. The laminate laying went quickly. <br /> I thought Creative Carpets and Interiors were very methodical in their workflow.  They finished one section at a time and I was able to begin putting my rooms back together as they finished.  <br /> I gave Creative Carpets and Interiors a "B" for price as they were the more expensive of the two places from whom we requested a quote. Even though they were more expensive, I think it was worth the money. The work was top-notch and they were very clean workers.  They did not leave a mess as they worked and had everything picked up and stored at the end of the workday. <br />"

FAQs for carpet installation projects in Belton, TX

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
