"Josh arrived at my house in less than 2 hours after my call. He set traps in my attic to catch the squirrels that had frightened me, because they sounded like something much larger up there. My value for money rating is based on my peace of mind after Josh investigated and set the traps. Since Josh was the only estimate I got, I have no point of reference to compare to other services. However, I am very please, so far with Joshs service and professionalism. I recently called on Josh again to trap a raccoon that was visiting my back yard on a regular basis. Once again Josh showed up promptly. He set the trap in the evening and the next morning he returned and removed the trapped raccoon. Josh is professional, reliable, prompt and personable."

"Went well. Contacted them, they came out, did the first treatment and then every quarter afterwards. Haven't seen any pests at all at this point, and it's been almost a year.
They did use a scary picture of a bad bug that seemed like an attempt to scare people into purchasing their service. I was already game so it didn't change my mind, but I did think that was just a big over the top.
