Whenever I had a question, he responded promptly and visited often to make sure I was pleased with the work. He even built a custom support for an under-mount sink when the one provided by the manufacturer proved flimsy--something that wasn't even included in our contract! I believe he took complete advantage, kept delaying the project, lied about inspections, did horrible work and never actually finished the project.
