"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."

"Installer did a great job and was very polite and professional."

"Removed old nonworking water filter system from another company and nstalled a reverse osmosis water system. It works great and the installer was very prompt and professional. Work was neatly done and all questions answered. Very satisfied with the company, the system and their workers. The water tastes great."

"Steve and his team were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial evaluation, Steve was honest about my system. He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Filtration Direct enough for any issue you maybe having with your water. His team is honest, respectable and very professional. Not to mention the work they did was top notch. Thank You"

"The serviceman came to the house on time and was very polite. He asked me what needed fixing and got right to work. The sink in the bathroom took about an hour to clear and the placement of the new sink in the kitchen took about an hour and a half. They charge $95 per hour. They did charge me extra for parts but they were parts that I needed. There was also a trip charge added. The serviceman was vey professional and explained all the charges on the bill see the charges were clear. If anything I would say that I should have checked that both the sink and bathtub was draining correctly before he left because that same evening I noticed that my tub was backing up and not draining, but it was just fine the day before. I'm pretty sure the two issues are connected. Overall, the experience was good I would probably recommend them again.

"Sunset Plumbers provided prompt and accurate service. He knew exactly how to resolve the issue and pricing was affordable. He was able to resolve an issue with sewage backup that others were never able to fully fix. My husband and I are beyond pleased and happy we can now utilize our toilets and tub"

"TNT responded quickly to repair our service. Within hours of our request they fixed the problems with both our furnace and AC. The cost was also reasonable, especially since there were three different problems affecting our systems, including a potential fire hazard created when the furnace was originally installed three years ago. I'd highly recommend TNT."

"They dealt with pulling up flooring, swapping out our cupboards, and took down drywall. He also cleaned everything in our home; he washed our walls and paid to have all clothes/furniture laundered. He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. I decided to go with him over two other providers based upon his extremely detailed and comprehensive estimate.

He was very good at coordinating with his subcontractors and also with the the installation people from Lowe's."

"Even in a smallish condo - plumbing can be complicated. Kyle & Daniel were able to help me plan for this project remotely and also change gears quickly when my electrical panel couldn’t handle the planned on-demand system. They also helped to coordinate the electrical eval and provided lots of phone support. I am looking forward to more hot water and would recommend Mr Rooter for Naples area plumbing needs."

"Pauls plumbing provides excellent service and prices are fair. Paul is reliable and thorough and will get the job done right."
