"I contacted Mike online through Angi, and he responded by phone almost immediately. I had a small patch where a shingle had blown off of my 20 year old roof. He came out the next day, inspected the roof and gutters, and explained what needed to be done. He assured me the roof itself is sturdy and in good condition, but some of the asphalt shingles were pulling away from the roof, making it ripe for more damage. He suggested that they re-nail/seal the shingles wherever it was needed, completely seal the seams around chimney, vents, fans, etc., and clean out the gutters (some of which had vegetation growing). We agreed on a reasonable price, which included a one year warranty. He came the next morning with a sizable crew who completed the agreed upon work on the house and garage in about an hour. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. "Tom was extremely responsive and helpful from the very first phone call.  He spent nearly 45 minutes with me on the phone talking me through the project and the multiple questions I had.  I sent him pictures of the job that evening and the next morning he had an initial quote for me.  By far the most thorough and responsive of the providers I got quotes from.   <br /> About a week later I decided to go with Tom and he came out to my house to walk through the job with me.  I had some difficult elements that made the project a little more of a challenge.  The biggest being that I was getting water in my basement and would need to have a waterproofing company come in and seal the wall after the demolition.  Tom was more than accommodating to that request and made several other adjustments to the project to move water away from the house.  Tom is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to water, grading, and drainage.  He spent a lot of time talking to me about potential solutions and ways he could help.  Other problems included an asphalt/concrete mixed driveway and gate posts imbedded in the existing concrete.  Tom handled all of those issues without any problems.  We agreed upon the final cost and a date to begin the project.  <br /> Tom's quote was not the lowest, in fact it was the highest, but Tom is the only company that walked through all of the potential issues and came with solutions.  His helpfulness and expertise was a huge help and it was all provided before I made the final decision.  It was that level of service that put him over the edge.   <br /> The work was scheduled to be completed in late April but then the rain came.  We lost about a week to the rain.  At this point I was getting nervous because I had already booked a water-proofing company to come in and seal the foundation wall.  Tom agreed to come out and his crew worked in the rain to clear the driveway against the house to allow the water-proofing team to come in and do their work.   <br /> After that the demolition continued as much as it could between rain storms.  It took about 2 weeks to finally have the demolition fully done.  From the there the blocking, grading began.  Tom called me nearly everyday with updates and explanations and on a couple of occasions physically walked me around the property explaining all of the work.  <br /> Finally with the rain behind us concrete could be poured.  I happened to be home the first pour day.  Tom's crew is professional and dedicated.  They spent hours smoothing and finishing the first pour and it looked great.  Of course the rains came back so it was another week before we could do the final two pours.   <br /> Tom once again worked with me to explain everything that had been done.  He even walked my neighbors through everything as they also had a lot of questions.  The village inspector came and said Tom had "gone above and beyond" what needed to be done and noted the high level of excellence.   <br /> While the project took much longer than anticipated due to the weather, Tom and his crew never rushed anything and took time to do things right.   <br /> The finished project looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.   <br /> Tom will be my first call for any future projects big or small, because I know he'll tell me exactly what I need to do and the best way to do it. <br />"

"Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation."

"The February winds blew some of the older shingles off my roof! Bare wood from the roof was exposed to the winter weather.
