New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

During a discussion in the garage, i noted that there was only one outlet on the "shop" side and that i had to use extension cords to power my tools. Following the discussion, he generated three estimates (surge only, surge plus two circuits, and surge and three circuits). I selected the third option.
