"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Kinsella are absolutely great. The project involved remodeling a garage and mudroom from a cement floor and frame To a fully finished the state. James and John were punctual from the very first time at them. They always arrived 15 minutes before they said they would be there, and waited politely in the truck till the appointed hour befor knocking on the door. In these pandemic times, I was always impressed at their regular use of facemasks both inside and outside the house. Their quotation was well below another company. They started exactly when I said they would, and were extremely careful and methodical. The work was finished an extremely high standard, and several times along the way, they made suggestions that made the work of faster or allowed it to be completed for less cost. They were extremely responsive, and every time a slight change of plan came up as it always does with building projects, they were immediately in touch to suggest a range of options and gave good advice about the pros and cons of each. Most importantly, the work was done immaculately, and it’s clear that they pay attention to small details to make sure it’s just perfect. Not only am I delighted with the finish of this project, but also to have found a company that I’m going to use every time I need construction work around the house."

"I had an excellent experience with The Curtice Group. I would highly recommend them and I'd use them again for a future project. We utilized the full design to build service to add a master bedroom/bath/closet, a 2nd floor 3x10 balcony, and renovate a number of items associated with the build including a re-build of an existing bathroom.  We live in an old house and Scott did a fantastic job making use of space and working with the house limitations, and overall, giving us lots of details and options as we had back/forth meetings on the concept.  The design process was great. We had a number of meetings starting from a wish list that expanded to initial design concepts and then to more final concepts. Scott made excellent use of space and gave us a lot of options which for budget reasons, we had to slowly narrow things down to a final concept. The build was equally fantastic. Not only was the quality extremely high but they stayed on schedule and never skipped days; there was always a team working every day. The workers and subs were reliable and on schedule, which you dont see too much of. Not only that but juggling/managing the schedule when the different subs had to show up was very impressive as the goals for each week were always met. Scott and his team really care to make a top-quality build. A few family members in construction walked through a few times and commented on the high quality of everything.  The house had two surprises as we things opened up.  Somewhat expected as unwelcome as it was: a bad foundation and a roof with upgrades needed. Both these items were attended to very quickly and surprisingly got back on track sooner than I thought it would.  Budget: Scott's budget was extremely accurate. Aside from the 2 house surprises (above) and the additional rise in lumber cost during COVID, all numbers and quotes lined up extremely well. Yes the cost went over the estimate but I hold no concern over this, since it was due to two extra side projects (that were impressive accomplishments). When the project was done Scott made sure we were happy with everything. A few items to touch up were quickly dealt with and Scott really went above and beyond making sure things were 100%. No negative comments from me. Any items to nit-pick are not worth putting in a review: this was an extremely positive experience and I would recommend the Curtice Group and would/will certainly utilize them again in the future."

"When we started looking for a contractor on Angie's List, we were skeptical that we could find someone who could do three things: being within our budget, easy to communicate with and making sure that the final product was of high quality. We had a big project (renovating two bathrooms, renovating a kitchen, taking down a wall, removing wood paneling from multiple rooms, remodeling our basement, including removing asbestos tile from the whole basement, whole house interior painting, remodeling the laundry room, installing new light fixtures everywhere, etc) and Sanfer ended up being the perfect contractor for us. He was so easy to get in touch with and he did a great job keeping us updated on the project as it was coming along (we weren't living there at the time). While the project ended up going over the original budget we set, we also added multiple projects along the way that Sanfer was able to accomplish. The other thing we truly appreciated is that Sanfer has a true eye for quality and was able to ensure everything was exactly to our standards -- the tiling, the painting, even the installation of our new doorknobs. He even brought certain things up to us to help make the home more secure and prevent future damage (putting up stronger supports under our deck, fixing the flashing around the chimney) that he didn't need to do. When a few things needed to be fixed after the renovations were complete, he wasted no time in sending someone out to do the repair. Sanfer was so nice, honest, and enjoyable to work with, things we were not expecting to find in our general contractor but which made the whole renovation experience that much more positive. We would absolutely recommend him and his crew to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor who will do a high-quality job for a fairly reasonable price."
